About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our compassionate team. This position is instrumental in facilitating the delivery of our comprehensive healthcare services. You will work in a dynamic environment where your ability to care for children and support families is central to our daily operations.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will assist physicians in the examination and treatment of pediatric patients. Your day will involve preparing treatment rooms to ensure they remain clean and organized, obtaining and recording patient medical histories and vitals, and conducting basic laboratory tests. You will also play a vital role in patient education by instructing families on medication and special diets, as well as administering medications as directed.

Beyond clinical duties, you will help manage the operational flow of the clinic by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling billing functions. Success in this role requires a professional who thrives under pressure, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
