About the Role
This Cleanroom Technician position is based in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, and operates on the 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM). You will be a critical part of daily production and packaging activities, ensuring timely product release and avoiding back orders. The role requires you to collaborate closely with Team Leaders to manage critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing corrective actions for technical problems related to raw materials and finished products, while performing in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies.
Work Environment & Culture
This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position in San Diego, CA. The manufacturing floor has specific dress code requirements that prohibit leggings, makeup, lipstick, and headphones; ear protection is provided due to noise levels. Reliability is crucial, as absences can create bottlenecks in the process. The role requires flexibility for overtime, including potential Saturday work.
