About the Role

RiVidium is seeking a Media Intelligence / Social Listening Analyst to support the planned MODES III team, specifically serving the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This position is integral to Outreach & Engagement Services, dedicated to delivering mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders.

In this role, you will perform media intelligence tasks that involve analyzing sentiment, tracking trends, and generating executive-level engagement reports. You will act as a bridge between data and strategy, monitoring social and media channels to identify relevant audience issues. Your analysis will directly support strategic communication decisions, helping to improve message timing, reach, and effectiveness. You will coordinate closely with outreach and analytics teams to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Please note that this position is contingent upon the award of the underlying government contract.

Work Setting

This role is based in the Alexandria, Virginia area. The work model is hybrid, with on-site support required at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as necessary.
