We define how every team member contributes to our mission and culture through our Leadership Capability Framework: Know & Grow Your People, Build Relationships, Take Ownership, Customer First, Shape the Future, and Act with Urgency. Regardless of your role or where you serve, you'll find a supportive and welcoming environment where we put people's safety and well-being first.
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a quality military veteran or Intelligence Community (IC) Agency counterpart to join our team supporting customer operations in the Fort Meade, MD area. This position serves as a Due Diligence Analyst (Mission Assurance 4) supporting a complex program for a Combatant Command (CCMD).
You will operate in a Joint or DoD unique environment, executing both scheduled and unscheduled Assessment, Risk Management, and Due Diligence assessments across diverse plans, platforms, programs, and operational functions. The role requires adapting to a changing client environment while meeting client expectations and managing priorities to initiate correspondence and task completion. You will provide summary recommendations to team leadership, apply fundamental industry knowledge to support client reviews and improvements, and prepare presentations and briefings for client meetings.
Success in this role involves establishing professional rapport with clients and other organizations, evaluating work products for technical accuracy and value, and staying current with technical skills through relevant training and seminars.
