About the Team

We are seeking a Hardware Technician I to join our Hardware team. This role is essential to our mission of keeping our infrastructure operational, handling everything from computer imaging and hardware troubleshooting to managing return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and device logistics. The team ensures that our Costa Mesa headquarters and local offices are equipped with the necessary technology to function seamlessly.

About the Role

As a Hardware Technician I, you will be the frontline support for both software and hardware issues at our headquarters. Your day-to-day involves providing deskside assistance, managing asset audits, and overseeing the repair, refurbishment, and e-waste processes for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of endpoint hardware, including imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops, monitors, and encrypted USB drives. Beyond technical repairs, you will maintain a high volume of support tickets, prepare workstations with peripherals, and assist in creating team documentation. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong organizational skills to manage physical device logistics and inventory effectively.
