About the Role
As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN, you will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in acute care facilities throughout the United States. This travel role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to adapt quickly to new hospital settings, policies, and electronic health record systems.
In this position, you will be the backbone of the care team, assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care while monitoring telemetry and interpreting cardiac rhythms. Your day will involve collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care, managing pre- and post-operative needs, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. You will uphold strict safety standards, respond effectively to rapid response situations, and represent the Fusion brand with professionalism at every client facility.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) or compact RN license

- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry
