This position is essential to fulfilling our patient experience promise. You will ensure visit efficiencies through pre-visit planning and maintain a clean, organized environment that meets safety and clinical requirements. Your day will involve greeting patients and families in a welcoming manner, directing them to exam rooms, and monitoring clinic flow to manage wait times.
You will play a key role in the clinical process by assisting with the collection and documentation of patient information, including vitals, measurements, health screenings, and allergies. Working closely with providers, you will assist in the exam process, administer medications and immunizations, and support procedures such as blood draws. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with providers and staff to maintain clinic operations, alerting the Registered Nurse or provider immediately if a patient needs assistance.

Graduate of a medical assistant program; 6 months of experience in a patient care role; experience in a primary care, urgent care, or specialty care pediatric setting; experience administering immunizations and other injections; experience with pediatric patients; Electronic Health Record proficiency; CMA-Certified Medical Assistant certification.
