About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical/Process Equipment Installer to join our Texas Division in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area. This role is critical to ensuring the successful installation of complex water and wastewater infrastructure. You will be responsible for installing process equipment such as pumps, blowers, clarifiers, water filtration systems, and aeration basin systems. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of equipment alignment, anchoring, and the ability to work with various piping materials including PVC, Steel, SST, and DIP.

As a team member, you will operate heavy machinery including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, while utilizing crane rigging and signaling knowledge to maintain site safety. This is a full-time position that may occasionally require overtime or weekend work to meet project demands.

Work Environment

This role is performed at professional construction sites, often outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The environment may expose you to chemicals, vapors, loud noises, moving machinery, and uneven surfaces. The position requires physical stamina to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate complex job sites safely.
