About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to join our operations in Searsport, ME. This role is designed for a versatile general laborer and operator who thrives in a team environment focused on optimizing efficiency while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety. You will work primarily Monday through Friday, with nights and weekends occasionally required to support busy operations. The position involves a wide range of duties at an oil tank farm and bulk handling facility, often performed outdoors in all weather conditions.

As a Terminal Operator, you will partner with leadership to ensure smooth operations, from assisting with vessel mooring and offloading to performing maintenance on heavy equipment and piping systems. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, and successful team members are eligible for promotional opportunities.
