About the Role

We are seeking a Superintendent/Lead Operator to join our team for a long-term, full-time position. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow with our company. You will oversee and manage all aspects of excavation and dirt work projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety regulations.

In this position, you will serve as the bridge between project owners, subcontractors, and our excavation crews. Your day-to-day involves resolving project-related issues, conflicts, or delays in a timely manner while conducting routine inspections to ensure quality control. You will also be responsible for interpreting project plans, blueprints, and specifications, performing simple layout tasks, and establishing grades and elevations using lasers and transits.
