About the Role

This position is designed for a Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment that values its employees. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your day-to-day involves developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal teams and third-party contractors, and conducting site visits to monitor progress and compliance. You will serve as a key advisor on equipment, materials, and processes for sitework and demolition projects, while implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.
