About the Role
The Mechanical Construction Project Manager will be based in our Lenexa, Kansas office and plays a vital role in the company's success. In this position, you will effectively and efficiently manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on time according to adjusted schedules and within budget. You will oversee project coordination, scheduling, and construction activities while managing field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of contract documents, budgets, and safety, statutory, and legal compliance.
A substantial amount of travel is required to assigned jobsites and P1 offices. You will lead subordinates in alignment with P1's leadership model and operating principles, while maintaining constructive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials, and internal staff.
