Yearout Mechanical, a Legence company, is a premier mechanical contractor based in New Mexico, serving the commercial, government, manufacturing, and industrial communities of New Mexico and Texas. Since our incorporation in August 1964, we have consistently grown and expanded our capabilities to become the leading mechanical contractor in the region.
Our mission is to be invaluable to our partners—clients, vendors, industry, and employees—so they cannot imagine success without us. We achieve this by providing comfortable, reliable, and efficient mechanical systems that meet our partners' needs.
As a Project Engineer, you will serve as the operational hub for complex mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) projects. In this role, you will partner closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety remain on track.
Your day-to-day impact will span the entire project lifecycle. You will manage critical documentation and scheduling, coordinate BIM/CADD models, and oversee vendor relationships. From handling RFIs and change orders to facilitating site walks and driving punchlist closure, you will be the connective tissue between the office and the field, ensuring seamless communication with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Legence (Nasdaq: LGN) is a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical systems in buildings. We specialize in designing, fabricating, and installing complex HVAC, process piping, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, enhancing energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in new and existing facilities.
