In this position, you will utilize your engineering expertise to solve complex problems and develop solutions that impact both short-term and long-term business goals. You will be responsible for developing products from concept through production, with the ultimate goal of designing and manufacturing railway freight brake components that are innovative and of the highest quality.
Your day-to-day work will involve providing engineering support services for research activities, field applications, sourcing efforts, and manufacturing requests. You will work independently or as part of a small team to design new products and improve existing ones, adhering to sound engineering principles and business standards. This role requires a blend of technical execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive the future of transportation.

The salary rate for this role is currently $62,100–$85,300. The actual salary offered may be influenced by factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. This base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
