Endeavour is rethinking the infrastructure model for the benefit of all. Instead of relying on big, centralized systems that often leave communities locked into outdated networks, we are building an integrated technology stack using modular components that can be repeated and scaled. Operating as a purpose trust, we create a continual cycle of innovation by investing in breakthrough technologies to build faster, cleaner infrastructure for data, energy, materials, and water.
Our team of passionate changemakers is driven by a shared mission to build regenerative systems that give back more than they take. We tackle the industry's most complex challenges by deploying scalable, modular solutions across the AI ecosystem—including carbon-neutral energy and revolutionary data center cooling. To work at Endeavour is to collaborate with proven experts, cut through the unnecessary to get things done, and know you are making a lasting impact on people and the planet.
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team as the "hands" of our manufacturing process. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical assembly and wiring of our breakthrough power conversion systems. You will work closely with senior technicians and engineers to build prototypes and first-run production units, ensuring every bolt, wire, and component is installed exactly to specification.
This is a high-action role for someone who takes pride in manual craftsmanship and wants to contribute to the physical creation of next-generation energy hardware. The right person is agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. We seek ultra-creatives and superstar performers with self-awareness, a sense of humility, and a hunger to make a positive impact in the world.
Endeavour offers flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents. We are a diverse group of bright, passionate, dedicated people working together to make a real difference. Our support team is the heart of the ecosystem.
We enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation, a flexible and autonomous work environment, and a culture of respect, learning, and excellence. We value a team of change-makers having a significant impact on people and the planet. We are highly selective about the people we bring on board because our ecosystem depends on it. Change happens quickly here, and we must maintain a strong team of honest, communicative, collaborative, open-minded, strategic, reliable, and driven team members.
