HEPCO Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of advanced electronic assemblies in a full-time, onsite manufacturing environment. This role is critical for building high-quality electronic and mechanical components using small parts and precision tools. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and interpreting technical documentation, while demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
In this position, you will work directly from engineering drawings, system schematics, and process sheets to assemble, disassemble, and modify production subassemblies. Your day-to-day involves performing electronic and mechanical operations such as wire termination, harness installation, and torquing, followed by rigorous inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards like J-STD and IPC-610. You will also collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Experience with conformal coating, potting, or encapsulation. Experience with electronic mechanical assembly and advanced soldering techniques. Familiarity with tools such as spray guns, air brushes, and stencil equipment. 1–3 years of experience as an electronic assembler.
