About the Company

The Heico Companies has a history of success spanning over 40 years. Since its founding, the organization has grown from a single business to over 80 separate companies through a strategic acquisition policy and by reinvesting earnings into internal growth. Historically talented at restoring distressed companies, Heico now strategically targets acquisitions that complement its ever-growing portfolio in manufacturing, construction, and industrial services.

The organization is organized into four core groups: Metal Processing Group, Construction Solutions Group, Applied Solutions Group, and Industrial Technologies Group. Once acquired, new Heico companies are assigned to a group and run on a stand-alone basis. This structure allows for great independence while providing opportunities to share knowledge about markets, production processes, and management practices across other groups. Each group maintains its own corporate team. Heico remains a privately held company with majority ownership in each operation, generating more than $3.3 billion in revenue. Many of the businesses are certified Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBE).
