About the Role

Our Ghent, KY facility is seeking a 1st Shift Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment used to cast and form steel products, including sheet, coil, I-beam, and billets. You will work both in-house and on location at customer sites, performing maintenance activities that keep our operations running smoothly. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise in a dynamic industrial environment while contributing to a team committed to excellence.

Hiring Process & Application

Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screen. Classification and base pay rate will be dependent upon skillset and prior experience. A $5,000 retention bonus is available for qualified candidates.
