About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all production and facility equipment operates efficiently and safely. As a key member of the team, you will partner with machine operators and production managers to schedule repairs and regular maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous operational flow.
Your day-to-day involves conducting routine and preventive maintenance on production machines and plant facilities, diagnosing mechanical issues, and repairing machinery promptly. You will interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service, while maintaining clean and orderly work areas in strict compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will assist in the installation of new plant equipment and manage the inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
