About the Role
As a Mechanic Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our maintenance operations, supporting senior mechanics with troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing the machinery that brings our products to market. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience while you learn preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and reliability best practices.
You will work closely with machine operators and supervisors to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with equipment changeovers, setups, and minor adjustments to reduce downtime, as well as documenting maintenance activities accurately in work orders or computerized maintenance management systems.
