This paid apprenticeship is tailored to emerging talent, offering a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting May 2026. Located in Cary, North Carolina, the role requires full onsite participation. You will invest in your future through a tuition reimbursement program and enjoy a comprehensive onboarding experience that includes professional development, executive exposure, networking events, and community activities.

As a Mechanic Apprentice, you will be a bold learner working day-to-day on our production lines while participating in robust professional development. You will put your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment, helping determine how snacks are made. Your journey involves troubleshooting, collaborating, and repairing industrial food manufacturing equipment like conveyor belts, packaging equipment, and industrial mixers. As emerging talent, your ideas are the missing ingredient we need to bring our best to the table.
