Join us in one of our state-of-the-art facilities as a Mechanic Apprentice. This role is designed for emerging talent to learn alongside seasoned skilled trade mentors, transforming you into the "go-to" expert for all mechanical breakdowns on manufacturing industrial equipment.
You will be a bold learner, working day-to-day on production lines while participating in robust professional development. This is a unique opportunity to put your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment, troubleshooting, collaborating, and repairing industrial food manufacturing equipment like conveyor belts, packaging machinery, and industrial mixers. As an emerging talent, your ideas are the missing ingredient needed to bring our best to the table and help shape the future of the industry.
This is a paid apprenticeship tailored to your growth, featuring a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting in May 2026. The program is located onsite in Cary, North Carolina.
Your journey includes a full onboarding process and professional development opportunities, including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities. We invest in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship. While the pay rate starts at $21.87 and increases throughout the program, the true reward is the opportunity to build a satisfying career full of opportunity.
