About the Role

Join us in one of our state-of-the-art facilities as a Mechanic Apprentice. This role is designed for emerging talent to learn alongside seasoned skilled trade mentors, becoming the "go-to" expert for all mechanical breakdowns on manufacturing industrial equipment. You will transport your talents and ideas—just like conveyor belts—into a satisfying career full of opportunity.

As a Mechanic Apprentice, you will work day-to-day on production lines, troubleshooting, collaborating, and repairing industrial food manufacturing equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging equipment, and industrial mixers. This is a unique opportunity to put your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment and help determine how snacks are made. You will also participate in robust professional development, including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities, allowing you to shape the industry with your fresh ideas.
