Join us in one of our state-of-the-art facilities as a Mechanic Apprentice. This role is designed for emerging talent eager to learn from seasoned skilled trade mentors. You will become the "go-to" expert for mechanical breakdowns on manufacturing industrial equipment, working alongside a team dedicated to creating the future of food.
Your journey will take you from the classroom to the production line. You will put your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment, troubleshooting, collaborating, and repairing industrial food manufacturing equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging machinery, and industrial mixers. Beyond the technical work, you will participate in robust professional development, gaining executive exposure, networking opportunities, and community engagement. Your ideas are the missing ingredient we need to bring our best to the table.
