About the Role
As a Meat Department Team Member, you will be the expert face of our fresh and processed meats, seafood, and prepared foods. You will receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise products to company standards, ensuring the meat case showcases all available items with appropriate inventory levels. Your role involves preparing special cuts of meat ordered by members, assisting in the rotisserie chicken area, and maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards within the department.
You will engage with members by providing recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood. This role requires a commitment to flawless execution, holding yourself accountable for a safe and positive environment, and embracing inclusion and diversity through collaboration and respect. You will work with speed and agility, innovating to adapt to the world around you while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
