About the Role
We are seeking versatile team members who have the ability to work in any of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. In this role, you will engage with guests to learn their wants and needs, helping them create their meal solutions. You will maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store, working across departments to assist guests. Your day will involve creating a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, ensuring nearby guests are assisted, and gathering shopping carts from the parking lot. You will also handle general housekeeping duties and present yourself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
