Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this position serves as a pivotal leader within our Food & Beverage operations. Every day brings new challenges, but the core mission remains consistent: to oversee the day-to-day production and operations of all kitchens, ensuring seamless service to our outlets and guests. You will act as the primary point of contact for the F&B department in the absence of the Executive Chef, assuming full responsibility for all related areas.
This role is designed for a culinary professional who thrives in a high-volume luxury environment. You will not only supervise and direct teams but also mentor them on menu planning, cost control, and safety standards. From coordinating complex catering and banquet events to independently adjusting action stations during service, your focus is on maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
