In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. You will take customer food orders, enter information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments. Maintaining solid product knowledge will allow you to answer questions and make helpful order suggestions. You will also contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and resolving customer complaints with relevant information.
Beyond daily tasks, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
