The Wichita, Kansas facility is a cornerstone of our operations, producing furnaces, coils, and split and packaged systems for residential and light commercial sectors. Spanning 63 acres with 1.3 million square feet under roof, this site employs approximately 1,500 people, making Bosch the largest non-aircraft employer in Wichita. About the Role

The MDG/SAP/EC/GRC Analyst/Project Lead serves as a critical bridge between Engineering and cross-functional teams to support new residential HVAC product launches, cost-reduction initiatives, and maintenance changes across our Wichita, KS, and Ciénega, MX manufacturing facilities. This role exists to ensure the accurate setup and implementation of Material Master Data, Bills of Material, and Engineering Changes within SAP, facilitating successful releases to production and customers.

In this position, you will lead MDG system operations, administer SAP GRC Access Control, and partner with the SAP Center of Excellence. Your day-to-day involves coordinating master data requirements to ensure consistency, analyzing business processes to identify gaps, and leading project planning for SAP ERP enhancements. You will be the go-to expert for mass data updates and end-user support, developing training materials while driving the execution of complex projects involving scope, resources, and timelines.
