This position is responsible for driving growth and deepening client relationships within the retail fuel and convenience industry, targeting large and mid-sized operators throughout the United States. Operating as a senior resource, you will serve as a primary escalation point for complex client matters, applying strategic problem-solving and sound judgment to resolve issues while strengthening long-term relationships with key and strategic clients. You will lead the structuring and execution of high-value, complex transactions, including acquisition financing, recapitalizations, asset-based lending, equipment finance, development capital, syndications, and working capital solutions aligned to client growth strategies.
The scope and level of this role may vary based on experience, leadership, and portfolio responsibility, with potential alignment at the Director or Managing Director level. You will represent the Bank at relevant industry forums and conferences, leveraging insights on market, competitive, regulatory, and client trends to inform strategy and guide internal decision-making.
