We are seeking a Math Teacher to join our award-winning Alternative Education team for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is designed for individuals energized by a purposeful career who enjoy working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping high school student success by implementing proven instructional strategies aligned with ChanceLight Education methodologies.
In this position, you will deliver targeted instruction and create comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the diverse physical, emotional, and educational needs of each student. You will collaborate closely with special education teachers and support staff to differentiate instruction and ensure all students receive necessary accommodations. Your day-to-day involves fostering a structured, safe, and conducive learning environment while communicating proactively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address external factors influencing performance.
