This position serves as a critical operational leader within our Material Recovery Facility (MRF), responsible for supervising day-to-day activities and ensuring the seamless execution of sorting and processing workflows. The role exists to maximize productivity and efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to company regulations and safety standards.
You will manage the daily schedules of employees and oversee the execution of procedures that drive operational success. Your day involves reviewing and evaluating work to ensure quality and timeliness, reconciling financial data from daily transactions, and preparing weekly and month-end reports for senior management. Additionally, you will play a key role in personnel development by coaching, training, and evaluating team performance, while also managing equipment and facility maintenance.
This is an on-site position operating in a dynamic environment that includes both indoor garage and shop conditions, as well as outdoor areas exposed to inclement weather, heat, and humidity. The role requires the ability to navigate these varying conditions to ensure continuous operations.
The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. This range represents a good faith estimate and may be influenced by factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, and work location.
