This position serves as a critical operational leader within our Material Recovery Facility (MRF), responsible for supervising day-to-day activities and ensuring the seamless execution of recycling and processing workflows. The role exists to drive productivity, maintain rigorous quality standards, and foster a culture of compliance and safety across the facility.
You will manage the daily schedules of employees and oversee the execution of procedures designed to maximize efficiency. Your day involves investigating and controlling the implementation of company regulations, reviewing work for quality and timeliness, and ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. Beyond operational oversight, you will play a key role in personnel development, including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance, while providing essential input into compensation and promotion decisions.
The role requires a bilingual candidate to effectively communicate across diverse teams. You will be expected to compile and interpret data from daily transactions, generate weekly and month-end reports for senior management, and reconcile P-card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
This is an on-site position operating in a dynamic environment that includes both indoor garage and shop conditions, as well as outdoor areas subject to inclement weather, heat, and humidity. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000, determined by factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, and work location.
