About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Operational Technology, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between IT systems and OT environments. This role is designed for a professional with deep expertise in Terminal Automation Systems (specifically Toptech TMS) and PLCs who thrives in high-availability industrial settings.
You will manage vendor relationships and oversee the full lifecycle of OT applications, from implementation and configuration to maintenance and upgrades. Your day-to-day involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting complex communication and data integrity issues across IT/OT boundaries, and ensuring all operations comply with SOX mandates. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a key training resource, guiding users on new operational technology systems and driving process improvements to enhance overall business efficiency.
