About the Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work within a fast-paced supply chain environment at a BAE Systems facility. You will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing schedules and operations commitments by managing the internal flow of materials, kits, and manufactured hardware. The role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on high energy and collaboration.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a clean room manufacturing environment. You will interact daily with various operations disciplines, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Technicians, and Assembly personnel. Your day-to-day activities will involve executing kit releases, supporting material movement, maintaining documentation, and performing point-of-use inventory control, including audits, cycle counting, and reconciliations. You will also support the movement and shipment of completed goods to stock, inter-facilities, external sites, and customers.

This is an ideal position for someone seeking exposure and growth across all Supply Chain areas. You will hone your skills in manufacturing processes, quality, and inventory management while working on a team that makes a big impact on a global scale.

Work Environment

Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the specific nature of this role, work will be conducted onsite at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
