About the Role

We are seeking an AI Tech Lead to drive the hands-on delivery of AI solutions in a fast-paced, remote contract-to-hire environment. In this role, you will translate architectural direction into detailed technical designs and production-ready components. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven experiences for marketing websites, including conversational interfaces, chatbots, and intelligent widgets.

A key part of your day will involve leading the integration of AI capabilities into CMS-driven applications, with a specific focus on Drupal-based web experiences. You will build and deploy cloud-based AI services on Google Cloud Platform, evaluating patterns for candidates transitioning from AWS. Beyond technical execution, you will partner closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure business goals are met. You will also mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices for scalability and security, and define success metrics to continuously improve user outcomes.
