About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PLM Platform Engineer (Windchill / Teamcenter) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential.

In this role, you will own the technical operation of the PLM platform, partnering with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant, and secure PLM ecosystem. You will work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies on an in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. There is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved; you will be contributing directly to our SOW deliverables.

This is a 100% remote position based in the Continental United States. The engagement is long-term and multi-year, aligned with our delivery roadmap. We are looking for candidates who bring strong PLM administration fundamentals, hands-on experience with upgrades and migrations, and a measurement-driven approach to platform reliability.
