About the Role

This position supports Operations by moving materials and finished products to designated areas within the facility. The role is essential for maintaining workflow efficiency, utilizing a variety of powered industrial equipment to handle logistics tasks ranging from receiving docks to bulk storage areas.

Schedule and Compensation

The role operates Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Compensation is set at $18.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential applied for this schedule.

Safety and Culture

Employees are expected and encouraged to actively participate in safety and health program activities. This includes immediately reporting hazards, unsafe work practices, and incidents to supervisors, wearing required personal protective equipment, and supporting safety committee activities. The work environment involves standing on concrete floors for up to 8 hours a day, exposure to loud noise, and physical demands ranging from medium to heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs). Functional vision and hearing are required to perform these duties safely.

Qualifications

A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification is mandatory. Candidates with material handling experience and familiarity with part numbering systems are strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, order picker, and Drexel, as well as accuracy in following verbal and written instructions.
