This position is dedicated to the efficient storage and issuance of merchandise, serving as a vital link in our operational workflow. The role exists to ensure that inventory is handled with precision, safety, and care, maintaining the integrity of our supply chain from the moment goods arrive until they are delivered to requesting departments.

Your day involves a dynamic mix of physical activity and procedural diligence: inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for quality, organizing stock in proper locations, and delivering merchandise to internal guests in a timely and professional manner. Whether you are offloading service elevators, returning equipment to the warehouse, or navigating cold storage units, your actions directly contribute to a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

The role demands more than just physical capability; it requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and management. You will exercise independent judgment to identify out-of-stock items and report discrepancies, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Work Environment

This position is performed indoors in areas that may present unique environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures (down to freezing in cold storage), smoke, noise, or dim lighting. The role involves frequent interaction with moving objects, high places, and slippery surfaces. You will be expected to use various electrical and mechanical devices, such as electric and manual pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks, while navigating environments with potential fumes, odors, or dust.

The physical demands are significant, requiring the ability to lift and carry heavy loads, climb ladders up to 12 feet, and perform repetitive motions. Flexibility is key, as the schedule may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to meet operational requirements.
