About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is the operational backbone of our branch, responsible for executing warehouse and counter sales support activities in accordance with established company procedures. This role is designed to ensure seamless daily operations by managing order fulfillment, inventory handling, and customer service tasks.

In this position, you will be the face of our counter operations, supporting customer interactions by entering orders, providing product information, and addressing routine inquiries using our internal systems. Your day will involve accurately pulling and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, receiving and stocking inventory, and processing customer transactions. You will work under the direction of the Store Branch Manager to maintain organized inventory and workspace conditions, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within expected timeframes.

While you will handle standard procedures and routine inquiries, this role requires you to escalate any non-standard requests, discrepancies, or customer issues to appropriate leadership. You will operate with a clear understanding that you do not have the authority to modify pricing or approve credits outside of standard protocols, ensuring that all business operations remain compliant and efficient.
