Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform daily operational checks on mobile equipment including forks, brakes, wheels, and fluid levels
- check_circleReceive and transport raw materials using manual and motorized pallet jacks and lift trucks
- check_circleProvide documentation such as delivery orders, lot tracking sheets, and quality deviation sheets to downstream customers
- check_circleAccurately recognize and distinguish between part numbers and lot numbers exceeding 10 characters
- check_circleCommunicate material status and damaged packaging to co-workers via radio or direct conversation
- check_circleMove and transport in-process products throughout the production area
- check_circleTroubleshoot equipment and material issues to resolve operational problems
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED or 2 years of prior experience
- verifiedExperience in material handling or warehouse operations
- verifiedWorking-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- verifiedValid authorization to work in the U.S.
- verifiedPre-employment drug testing
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, automation, or assembly. Safety-conscious attitude. Ability to use a manual pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, or lift truck. Familiarity with MES, LOTO, FIFO, and Lot numbers. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and accurate counting. Familiarity with computer terminals, Operator Interface Terminals, touch screens, and RF scanners.
