About the Role
We are seeking an onsite Program Scheduling and Planning Integrator to support our work for the US Navy Air Traffic Control Systems. In this role, you will work directly with program teams to troubleshoot complex schedule issues and integrate multiple large, complex schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule within an MS Project 365 server environment.
You will serve as a consultant to top management on long-range planning, helping define the vision for scheduling both internally and for our external customers. Your day-to-day will involve developing and maintaining project schedules, providing critical path analysis, and creating "what if" scenarios to help leadership achieve scheduling targets. You will build schedule visualization products, create template files for consistent tracking across programs, and lead process improvements to support the execution of technical program requirements.
Location and Relocation
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland, within the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Please note that there is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must currently reside in or state a willingness to relocate to St. Mary's County, Maryland, or surrounding areas.
