ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Network Project Manager to support the Wing Information and Communication Support (WICS 2) Contract Software Support requirement at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.
In this role, you will serve as a critical link between technical operations and strategic planning for the Air Force Space Command's Space Digital Integrated Network (SDIN). You will oversee the full lifecycle of network operations and maintenance, managing complex scheduling and engineering studies to ensure the reliability of Red SDIN, Black SDIN, and SONET networks. The position requires a blend of hands-on technical troubleshooting for T1 through OC-12c circuits and high-level project management to design and engineer long-term network solutions.
Day-to-day, you will manage device configuration, testing, and implementation while overseeing critical circuit changes and route alterations. You will utilize tools such as CISCO Transport Controller, CISCO Transport Manager, and MS Project to maintain detailed 4-tier schedules from cradle to grave. Beyond technical execution, you will interact directly with customers to communicate progress and resolve issues, while also fostering team growth by training new staff and supporting ongoing professional development. Occasional travel may be required to fulfill contract duties.
Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., COMPTIA Security+) upon government mandate. We value candidates with strong Cisco/Juniper knowledge and experience in transport, serial, and optical networks.
