About the Role

Located at The Ritz-Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay, this position invites you to provide personalized massage services and body treatments to our distinguished guests. You will utilize props, products, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy to create a serene and restorative environment. Your day involves assessing guest needs, inquiring about contraindications, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the service. Beyond the treatment itself, you will manage the treatment room setup, maintain strict cleanliness and sterilization standards, and promote our spa and retail offerings. You will also be the first line of support for guest well-being, handling any inappropriate behavior according to Marriott International standards while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
