Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa! We are looking for a part-time Massage Therapist to be a vital part of our guest experience. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service while delivering therapeutic and remedial massages and body conditioning treatments. You will be responsible for applying various approved substances to guests' bodies to stimulate circulation, relax tight muscles, and provide beneficial effects, all while upholding the highest standards of our spa protocols.

About the Experience

As a Massage Therapist at Aulani, you will not only perform treatments but also educate and train guests on our services and products. You will actively promote our spa, treatments, and retail programs while handling guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Your day will involve ensuring complete guest satisfaction through accurate and immediate responses to requests, maintaining strict sanitation and sterilization standards, and caring for equipment and products cost-effectively. You will also participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about current spa trends and be prepared to handle difficult or sensitive situations with confidence.

Schedule Availability

This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 3 full days of availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). During the training period, you must be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
