About the Role
As a Spa Therapist at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa, you will be the face of our wellness journey, providing essential massage services and body treatments to our guests. Your day involves using props, products, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy to deliver relaxing and restorative experiences. You will assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications such as allergies or pregnancy, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the service.
Beyond the treatment itself, you will manage the treatment environment by arranging workstations and drapes, maintaining cleanliness, and sterilizing tools. You will also play a key role in guest relations by escorting guests, anticipating service needs, and promoting spa and retail offerings. This role requires you to handle guest interactions with professionalism, following Marriott International standards for conduct, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Hiring Process
Candidates with a State or Regional Massage License and at least one year of related work experience are encouraged to apply. Please note that this is a non-management, full-time position located on-site at our Hilton Head Island resort.
