About the Role

This position serves as the hands-on marketing resource for our assigned Operating Companies. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth, lead generation, and brand consistency by executing marketing activities across digital and local channels. You will translate strategy into fully deployed campaigns, acting as the owner of the day-to-day deployment, optimization, and performance of local marketing programs.

In this role, you will be fully accountable for implementation and performance. You will manage the complete execution of marketing initiatives, including ServiceTitan Marketing Pro ownership, email and lifecycle marketing, social media management, website and CMS updates, and local SEO. Your work will directly impact how our local businesses connect with customers through email, SMS, paid media, and organic content.

You will also coordinate cross-functionally with retailers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaign launches. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and enjoys the tangible results of seeing a campaign go from concept to execution.
