Marketing Proposal Specialist

About the Role

As a Proposal Specialist, you will be the driving force behind business development for your firm segment. Your mission is to craft compelling, opportunity-specific marketing materials—including proposals, qualification packages, and presentations—that resonate with clients and prospects. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Pursuit Manager, conducting deep research to identify promotional opportunities and ensuring our expertise is packaged effectively to win new business.

This role is ideal for a writer and designer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will coordinate with technical teams to develop win strategies, coach teams during pre-interview planning, and manage the end-to-end production of high-stakes marketing content. From gathering staff bios and project statistics to collaborating with Content Strategists on award submissions, you will ensure our segment's voice is clear, consistent, and impactful.

Requirements
