About the Role
We are seeking a creative Marketing Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, human experience, and the built environment who is eager to grow both intellectually and creatively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will partner with team members and firm leadership to develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral across our seven core markets: Development, Government, Higher Education, K-12, Life Sciences, Technology, and Workplace. Your work will support the firm's business development efforts in partnership with the Marketing Manager, contributing to strategic pursuits and helping position SMMA for continued growth. You will thrive in a culture where you work both independently and as part of a team, proactively solving problems and supporting colleagues.
