About the Role
The Marketing Support Specialist is a dedicated role designed to grow with us. You will be the operational backbone of our sample and literature delivery, coordinating the assembly and shipping of kits to ensure an optimal customer journey. From handling Shopify sample site orders to managing job-related shipments from manufacturing, your work ensures that the right materials reach the right people at the right time. This position requires a hands-on approach, balancing speed with precision to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while managing inventory for corner samples, jamb samples, and various material kits.
